Tracking Number

Once you place your order, you should receive an email confirmation in your inbox along with your tracking number

 

Cancellation Policy

Please contact support@consciousamericanco.com in order to request an order cancellation. We work quickly to get your order to you, so we will most likely not be able to change the products or prices once your order is placed (please double check everything is accurate before placing your order!). 

We will, however, make every attempt to accommodate you :) 

If you need to change the shipping address, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed, but we will do our very best as long as the order has not gone out yet. 

 Once you’ve received tracking information, we will no longer be able to cancel your order or change the shipping address as the order will be fully processed on our end at that point in time & out of our hands. 

 

Tax

We collect sales tax where applicable & comply with tax law in California/USA.

 

Missing Package/Items/Delivery Issues

We are so sorry you are having to deal with this! Let's tackle the issue together :). 

Please first...

  • Check your mailbox as well as areas around your front door or mailroom.
  • Check with the carrier (DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • Check with neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to their address, most packages are recovered after 48 hours 
  • Still missing? If your package still hasn't turned up in 48 hours, please reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance at support@consciousamericanco.com 
  • If you received your package but are missing one or more items or the items have been damaged during transit, please contact support@consciousamericanco.com for help processing a refund/replacement order
